As any Boomer (or older) can tell you, this is NOT the same country it was even 20 years ago. And the most recent generations are certainly paying the price. The younger generations suffer from intense anxiety, depression & suicidal thoughts. Their financial prospects are bleak, and so are their hopes for a better future than their parents’. Many were raised in broken homes, and they’re overly cautious themselves of marrying & having children (the national birthrate is the lowest in a century). And our warped culture continues to tell them to “try or do anything”, which only results in more disillusionment. BUT THERE IS HOPE & HELP!
